At IDEA Induction, we have broadened our coil fabrication capabilities through the integration of additive manufacturing. In addition to conventional induction coils produced at our Auburn Hills, Michigan facility, we now offer 3D-printed inductors that deliver exceptional dimensional accuracy within tight tolerances. These coils exhibit high geometric stability, consistent reproducibility across production runs and superior mechanical robustness. Additive manufacturing also enables reduced lead times, allowing for faster prototyping and production without compromising performance or durability.

Heating Simulation Tools:
Process Support
Our simulation software provides a starting point when designing new coils for an application. By plugging in the details of your coil as well as your workpiece, you can project how the coil will work within your process.
