Brazing Flat Copper Parts

Depending on the size of your parts and the speed needed for your operation, several IDEA INDUCTION LLC induction power supply models are capable of brazing flat copper parts.
IDEA INDUCTION LLC’s portable and flexible 30 kW system is perfect for manually brazing smaller parts in changing situations. Projects with larger parts thicker than ¾” or requiring more speed would be better paired with a 50 kW or larger power supply.
Thicker parts may require a different type of coil that heats the parts from the top as well as the bottom. If you braze a large quantity of the same parts, customized clamping fixtures and automated or semi-automated setups can be designed.
